I’m grateful to lead an extraordinary team that is dedicated to learning, growing, and improving every day. It’s critical that we have the right people, culture, and processes in place to have a happy and thriving team. Being named one of the top 100 Companies to Work for in NY in 2024 is a testament to our strong team culture. Then we’re equipped to win the trust of our customers with exceptional customer service and skilled execution. I manage the five members of our leadership team with a focus on continual improvement. I also enjoy meeting with everyone on our team individually and collectively to continually gain insight, remove obstacles and seize new opportunities to be our best. Overseeing our work, I develop key relationships, drive our sales and marketing efforts, handle HR and legal, develop strategic initiatives, and implement business best practices for operations and management. I’ve been featured in Floor Focus magazine, Talk Floors, and Floor Covering Weekly. I hold a bachelor’s degree in organizational studies (Univ. of Michigan), and a master’s degree in leadership and management (Harvard Univ.).

With professional experience ranging from marketing communications to sales, I achieved the dream of owning a small business in January 2015 when I purchased GP Land & Carpet. Now rebranded as GP Flooring Solutions, our team is an extension of my family. I enjoy serving on the boards of Rochester Area Community Foundation, Innova Girls Academy, Fuse Commercial Flooring Alliance, the Builders Exchange of Rochester, and ITX Corporation. In 2017, I became a proud graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. I am also honored to have received the 2019 Enterprising Women of the Year award, recognition as Business Person of the Year in 2018 by the Small Business Council of Rochester, to have been identified as one of the top ten “Emerging Leaders” in our industry in 2018 by Floor Focus magazine, and to have been named 40 under 40 in 2016 by Rochester Business Journal. I’m also honored to receive the 2020 Loretta Simmons Woman’s Leadership Award from the Gates Chili Chamber of Commerce and the 2019 Enterprising Woman Award by Enterprising Woman Magazine. I’m most proud, however, to be named “mom” by Caroline, Leo, and Amelie Reinhard.

Leadership Team

    I enjoy managing some of our largest projects, overseeing our work with general contractors, and serving as a helpful resource to all of our project managers. The first 15 years of my career were in construction management, first at Shawmut Design and Construction, where I led teams across the country, including an expansive Las Vegas operation overseeing nearly $100 million in projects along the Strip. I then moved to NY to be near family and led teams for LeChase Construction on the $150 million URMC Golisano Children’s Hospital, as well as the LEED Platinum Golisano Institute for Sustainability at RIT. I received a BS in civil engineering and certificates in construction management and business from the University of Wisconsin (GO BADGERS!) as well as an MBA at Boston College with a focus on strategic operations. I enjoy spending time with my wife and three children, especially in the Finger Lakes – I love any chance to be on the water. Originally from Green Bay, WI, I’m a huge Packers fan.

    With over 28 years of experience in the commercial flooring industry, I lead our NYC team and jointly manage our overall vendor partner relations and sales strategy. It is a pleasure to work with so many great people here at GP! My downtime is often spent with family, a good book, getting a quick workout in, or having a great meal.

    I joined GP Flooring Solutions after spending 15 years in sales management with Enterprise Holdings. I am passionate about my client relationships and understanding their flooring needs. At GP Flooring Solutions, we are uniquely staffed with highly professional and well-trained sales associates that respond quickly with outstanding customer service, and I am proud to be a part of this team. I received my degree in Business Management at SUNY Geneseo and now live and work in Grand Island, NY. My wife and I have two beautiful daughters and we love to travel and create new family memories. I am also a long-suffering and optimistic Bills and Sabres fan. If they are playing, you will find me either at the game or watching it on TV.

    My industry experience began in 1991 when I started out handling the NYS carpet contract sales. In that time, the role here has evolved from handling materials to administrative management and keeping our office running like a well-oiled machine. I’ve been married for 40+ years, and we have two sons and a grandson. Faith and family are the most important to me, followed by GP’s core value #5 – have fun and enjoy life!

    I’m happy to be a part of the GP Flooring team, doing what I can to improve our operations. My background is as a project superintendent for large general contractors — first with Holder Construction Company and then with LeChase Construction Services. At GP, I enjoy working to improve execution on our job sites, with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule. I studied Construction Management at Colorado State University and hold several industry certifications, including OSHA (30-hour training), evacuation safety; arc flash safety/code compliance; confined space; and first aid/CPR/ AED. When I’m not working I enjoy keeping up with my kids!

    I am beyond excited to be a part of the GP Flooring team. As a Senior Project Executive, I look to grow my relationships in the GC world and strive to add and cultivate more. I started in flooring right out of college as an estimator, moved on to project management then worked for another local company for almost 13 years, my time there will never be forgotten. I learned a lot in the past 20 years in flooring and look to use those experiences to grow with GP Flooring. I have two children and an amazing wife of 10 years that motivate me to be the best person I can be. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family attending Bills games, hunting, camping, walking, coaching flag football, or being an assistant scout leader. When with them I often remember a quote from the great Marv Levy: “Where else would you rather be than right here right now?” I rarely can think of anywhere I’d rather be than with them.

    Prior to finding my home at GP, I had a stint in insurance sales, but spent much of my professional career as a teacher, working with students ranging from kindergarten to adult. That experience helped prepare me for a career in sales where I get to work closely with customers and share information that can help. My background as a singer and actress means I bring creativity to the table too. Getting to blend my experience in education while creatively helping my clients “pick pretty things” and solve any flooring challenge is basically a dream job. My years at GP have been so rewarding because of my fun-loving – yet hard working – colleagues.

    I am very excited to be back and be part of the GP Flooring team. I started my Sales career with State Contract Company in the Florida Branch back in 2006. I moved back to New York in 2011 and continued with the company during the transition to GP Flooring Solutions. My family continued to grow so we made the decision for me to stay home with our 3 kids. Now, with all the kids in school, I am ready to get back to selling, and what a better place than this great company. I’m looking forward to creating new client relationships and providing flooring solutions. In my free time, I love to travel and spend time with my husband and kids.

    As Project Executive, I am the customer’s primary point of contact for sales and project management. I practice a consultative sales approach striving to provide the best possible flooring solutions for every customer. My goal is to exceed customer expectations with thorough project planning, stringent project oversight, and effective communication. I have more than 20 years of experience working in commercial flooring sales and project management. What I enjoy most is establishing long-term customer relationships and leveraging my subject matter expertise to enhance my customer’s interior spaces. I earned a B.S. Degree in Marketing from Canisius College and returned to Rochester where I have lived most of my life. In my free time, I enjoy sailing on Lake Ontario and spending time with my family.

    As a career sales professional, providing solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations is what I enjoy the most. In my position as a Project Manager, I am grateful for the opportunity to meet many new people and build lasting customer relationships. I’m a volunteer firefighter and a member of the Board of Directors at the Brighton Fire Dept. I’m married with two boys, who give me a run for my money, but I’m enjoying every second of it.

Furthermore, I take a tremendous amount of pride in contributing to the customer relations and expectations.     I am excited to join GP Flooring as they commit to building a strong NYC presence. Being born in NYC and working here for 30 years, I have a passion for the pace/rhythm that the city provides and how it rewards those who find a path to yes. I currently serve on the board of the Long Island International Facility Managers Association and am a member of NYC IFMA and the Real Estate Committee of Queens Chamber of Commerce.

    I work with architects, designers, real estate professionals, and facility managers on the partner side. For clients, I built a practice providing solutions to higher-ed, healthcare, local, state, and federal government, institutional, and commercial clients. I look forward to bringing GP Flooring Solutions’ capabilities and reputation directly to the dynamic market here in NYC.

    I enjoy traveling with family, golfing, watching hockey, and cooking. For the past 25 years, my wife and I have lived in Bayport, Long Island with our children, Mathieu and Caroline.

    I am a Project Executive at GP Flooring. I love the fast-paced, ambitious nature of the business and have been on many large-scale projects throughout New York City.

    In 2009, I completed my BA in Art History from Virginia Commonwealth University. I was born and raised in Virginia and have been a New York City resident since 2018. Prior to my role with GP Flooring, I consulted with clients to track commercial projects from inception to construction. I also have experience in disaster restoration.

    After spending years doing general labor in multiple industries, I decided that construction was my life path. I received my Business Management degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and knew right away that I wanted to be a Project Manager.     I am an Assistant Project Manager here at GP Flooring Solutions and am very grateful to be part of such a fantastic team. While I was in my sophomore year of college, I had the opportunity to become a commercial flooring installer while still obtaining my degree. After about 5 years of doing commercial installation work, I moved to GP to utilize my knowledge of flooring on the opposite side of the field. As an Assistant Project Manager, it is my highest priority to exceed customer expectations while ensuring each project is executed efficiently and with care. My background includes 15 years of marketing and sales management experience with the Comag Marketing Group, an international distributor of newsstand magazines. Most recently, I worked in outside sales with Dunbar Armored & ULINE. My career has positioned me very well to cultivate client relationships by ensuring outstanding service and value. I am a resident of Liverpool, NY, where I live with my wife of 13 years and our two children. As an athlete, life-long sports enthusiast, and proud son of a professional baseball player, I enjoy fitness and coaching my daughters’ sports teams.

    I joined GP Flooring Solutions in 2019 after working on the supplier side of the industry for over 7 years, gaining experience with all types of flooring products. I have a degree in Marketing/Advertising from the University of Buffalo, but I have always worked in a construction-related field. When I am not working, I can be found refinishing antique furniture and coaching competitive soccer, which I have done for over 10 years. All this would not be possible without the support of my daughter, Alyssa, and wife, Stacy.

  • I have many years of experience maintaining and cleaning floors, including six years as an Assistant Manager with a large janitorial and floor care company. Some years ago I had the opportunity to work with Larry Riggi, GP’s former Director of Maintenance, so when he contacted me about joining the team at GP, I was glad to do so. I enjoy the opportunity to travel to various locations to clean and maintain floors. And of course, I love seeing the beautiful results that we are able to provide. My grandkids keep me busy when I am not at work. And I love playing and watching all kinds of sports – although it is usually more watching now that I am older!

I graduated from Canisius College with a Bachelor of Science Degree, double majoring in International Business and International Relations. My administrative experience culminated in 2020 as the Clerk 1 for a not-for-profit organization. I have been blessed to travel the world experiencing the cultures of countries such as China, France, Tanzania, and Spain. In my free time, I enjoy gardening and spending quality time with my family and friends.
