A Historic Transformation
Tailor Square, originally built in 1912 as a textile plant, has been transformed into affordable senior living apartments. This ambitious project required thoughtful flooring solutions that balanced durability, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness—all while preserving the building’s historic character.
