Liberal Arts College
Project: Dining Hall
Overview: The College’s dining hall is one of the original buildings on campus, founded in the 1800s. With the summer 2019 renovation, we helped bring this landmark into the 21st century. With its gothic corbels, stone arches, and original trim work throughout, the dining hall has an almost cathedral-like beauty. We installed Mohawk Hot and Heavy LVT in a two-tone herringbone pattern that modernized the space, while respecting the integrity of the 150+ year old structure. We chose this product to minimize any subfloor repairs and modifications. The outcome was beautiful!
