Project: Large Office Complex

Overview: This office facility in Western NY needed new flooring throughout the building. All the work had to be completed while the building was occupied and in use.

After removal of the existing flooring, the concrete subfloor was skimmed to ensure a smooth surface.

The new flooring included both luxury vinyl tile (LVT) and carpet tile. The LVT was primarily installed in cafeteria areas. The carpet tile was installed in colorful patterns throughout various smaller rooms and hallways.

The project was completed ahead of schedule, much to the satisfaction of the client. The result was a completely renewed space with fresh, colorful, functional flooring.
