HARD SURFACE RESTORATION

GP Flooring Solutions can restore any type of hard surface. On resilient floors we utilize Micron coatings, which provide exceptional performance and durability. These strong, ultra-thin floor coatings resist scratches, abrasions, and stains, and never have to be stripped. (Really, you’ll never have strip again!)

Terrazzo
We will strip any old finishes off your terrazzo floor and restore it to the original stone with honing and polishing. The floor will be polished to a 13,000-grit shine and will never need to have wax applied again.

Also, we can repair your cracked floor! Using epoxy filler, our team can repair any cracks you may have in your terrazzo floor. Once the crack is cleaned out, we mix a colored epoxy to match the existing floor color, and then apply colored resin chips to match the floor. This will repair, conceal and blend the crack with the rest of the floor.

Urethanes
Our urethane product is like a shield for your floor. It’s a high-performance, clear, water-based urethane floor coating that provides excellent resistance to salt, urine, coffee, wine, cola, orange juice, disinfectants, many cleaners, and more. This non-yellowing urethane does not need to be removed for re-coats. It also meets slip coefficient guidelines, so your floor becomes protected and safe. This coating has a gloss reading of approximately 85. It can be applied to resilient and non-resilient flooring surfaces and is low-VOC (no off-gassing or odor concerns!). The high-gloss or satin finish offers strong resistance to abrasions, chemicals and stains.

Vital Oxide
Vital Oxide is an EPA-registered hospital disinfectant cleaner that kills mold, sanitizes food contact surfaces, and effectively eliminates odors. At proper dilution ratios Vital Oxide can be used to clean and disinfect carpeting and food sanitation areas. Vital Oxide is a non-toxic, USEPA Reg. No 82972-1 in all 50 states and Puerto Rico, disinfectant that breaks down to simple salt and produces no harmful byproducts. It will kill E Coli, MRSA, H1N1, Staphylococcus and other viruses.
