Fuse Alliance 2019 Conference a Success

We’re grateful to be a part of the Fuse Alliance, a network of 110 of the top commercial
flooring companies across the country. At the recent Fuse annual conference in Orlando,
we gained valuable information and new connections.
The conference “Rise of the Contractor” was summarized in this article by Floor
Covering Weekly, in which GP Flooring’s owner/president Abby Reinhard was quoted.
During an open-floor conversation about challenges ranging from moisture, labor and
engaging millennials in the workplace, Reinhard stressed the importance of company
culture: “Know your core values and talk about it regularly. […] Do you have company
culture and core values by default? Or is it by your own design?”
The GP team gained valuable insights during key note addresses by business leaders and
authors, as well as panel discussions with technical experts in the industry and top
executives from the major flooring manufacturers. Above all, we forged stronger
connections among peers in other parts of the country.
